Mammoth Airport Park sells for $32.1 million

RMI Investment Services bought the 273,394-square-foot Mammoth Airport Business Park at 6325-6375 S. Pecos Road for $32.1 million, or $117-per-square-foot, from Mammoth Equities Capital Group of San Juan Capistrano, Calif.
The multi-tenant complex consists of three, two-story office buildings and four, single-story industrial buildings. The 14.58-acre park contains approximately 165 suites from 945 square feet to 7,857 square feet in size. Mammoth Airport Business Park is located on the west side of Pecos Road immediately north of Sunset Avenue.
Alan Pekarcik and Dan Vittone of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Irvine office represented the seller, and Lee & Associates' Mel Koich and Scott Owens represented the buyer.
